About me
I discovered the power of complementary medicine after years of living with ME/chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). It enabled me to take control of my own recovery, with astonishing success. It changed my life and continues to do so. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, though that was just the start of my never-ending study.
Many people wonder what nutritional therapy and naturopathy are and who can benefit from them. The simplest answer is EVERYONE. From niggling gut issues like bloating or just feeling tired all the time and not yourself, to simply wanting to improve your health or prevent future illness, making targeted changes to your diet and lifestyle have never been more important in our increasingly fast-paced and toxic world.
I see everyone across all stages in life and I love the variety and challenges that you each bring. But like so many practitioners, I have a specialised knowledge in the area that brought me to the profession in the beginning: stress management, “burnout”, trauma recovery, (post-viral) fatigue & ‘long Covid’, ME/CFS and fibromyalgia.
I take a moderate, integrative and holistic approach, founded on the principles of naturopathy and functional medicine, and I use the functional medicine methodology. I enjoy learning and keep updated with scientific developments. My recommendations are evidence-based, and incorporate testing where required.
No two people are alike, even if they have been diagnosed with the same condition. What works for another person may not work for you. By taking a root-cause, individual and holistic approach, you will receive a personalised protocol that is right for YOU.
I would love to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you would like support with a particular condition or advice on how to improve your diet and health.
I look forward to hearing from you,
