Welcome to my blog and thank you for taking the time to look. Not only do we all now live in a world where time is arguably the most precious commodity, but it is also one in which we face ‘information-overload’. How you use your time is at the heart of this blog: my area of specialisation is stress management and ensuring you take time out for yourself whilst scheduling what you need to get done are key to success in this.

How stress impacts our health and what we can do about it will be the core theme. Some points may be helpful reminders; others may surprise you. However I believe that most people underestimate its detrimental impact on our health.
